Get it repaired properly and go after the person’s insurance for diminished value (as someone else has already suggested)

He had State Farm and I asked for diminished value and got run around wanted all this stuff and documentation. THe claims agent assigned to it was arrogant as well. I guess I could have hired a lawyer to go after it but with the small amount the repair cost was since it was the back bumper it wouldn't have been worth the money for the lawyer. I know if my 2SS got hit next time and the damage is $$ I WILL get a lawyer. |
