If you turn off the AFM the car will allways run in 8 cylinder???? and the fuel economy would be lost???

AFM makes almost no difference in fuel economy. If you turn it off you might lose MAYBE 1-2 MPG.

To be honest, I really dont care about the fuel economy! I want my car to run, drive and sound like it looks!
The car is a convertible, only driven in sunny summer days (witch are extremely few... ) so the "yearly" milage will not be more than max 2000 miles...
