Mishimoto downpipe CEL/02 extender

Has anyone used an 02 extender to remove the secondary sensor from the direct flow to eliminate the CEL caused by installing a hiflow cat downpipe?

https://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B07MX8...28DYXF1O&psc=1

I'm going to try it soon, the logic behind it makes sense.

Those 02 bung extenders aka anti spark plug fouler do work if your going catless. Depends on who makes the high flow downpipe as well. I've had a 400cell hi flow cat downpipe on my cobalt and never had any dtcs.
