Specific Helmet Question

Hi all,

As the title stated, I have a very specific question regarding a helmet I own. It is a Bell Vortex that I use for track/autocross days. I cracked one of the rear upper vents. Bell makes a replacement set, but I have heard they are just stick-ons and fall off easily/look terrible.

I tried taking mine apart but was unable to find how to get to the vent to remove it, seal up the crack, and repaint it. I was wondering if anyone has replaced their vents and would know how to get to it.

No worries if nobody knows, I know its a very specific question.

Bell makes a SNELL helmet for about $150-$200. May be easier to just replace.
