I had thought about it myself but ultimately I decided it wasn't worth the cost or effort. I ended up installing a new diffuser and adding the Borla ATAK quad-tipped exhaust and highly recommend the Borla exhaust, ATAK and S-Type. Sounds great as-is.

If I can ask, how much was everything? Where did you get the new defuser?
