Line lock is what’s on the ZL1 that holds the front brakes so you can roast the rear tires.

The 2017 Camaros DEFINITELY have launch control. Need to be in Sport or Track mode. Double-tap traction control button to enable Competitive Mode. Then follow the other steps as posted above. You must hold the brake pedal all the way down (hard) before pushing accelerator to the floor briskly. If you don't press the brake hard enough, RPMs won't set and it won't work.

fROM PAGE 241 OF THE 2017 OWNERS MANUAL....

Launch Control
A Launch Control feature is available, within Competitive Driving
Mode, to allow the driver to achieve high levels of vehicle acceleration in
a straight line. Launch Control is a form of traction control that
manages tire spin while launching the vehicle. This feature is intended
for use during closed course race events where consistent zero to
sixty and quarter mile times are desirable.

Launch Control is only available when the following criteria are met:
. Competitive Driving Mode is selected.
. The vehicle is not moving.
. The steering wheel is pointing straight.

Manual Transmissions
. The clutch is pressed and the vehicle is in 1 (First) gear.
. The accelerator pedal is rapidly applied to wide open throttle.
The Launch Control feature will initially limit engine speed as the
driver rapidly applies the accelerator pedal to wide open throttle. Allow
the engine rpm to stabilize. A smooth, quick release of the
clutch, while maintaining the fully pressed accelerator pedal, will
manage wheel slip. Complete shifts are described in Manual
Transmission 0 229.

Automatic Transmissions
. The brake pedal must be firmly pressed to the floor, equivalent
to a panic brake event.
. The accelerator pedal is rapidly applied to wide open throttle. (If
the vehicle rolls due to wide open throttle, release the
throttle, press the brake pedal more firmly, and re-apply the
accelerator to wide open throttle.)
After the vehicle is launched, the system continues in Competitive
Driving Mode.
Competitive Driving Mode and Launch Control are systems
designed for a closed course race track and not intended for use on
public roads. The systems are not intended to compensate for lack of
driver experience or familiarity with the race track

That's for the A8 not the manual trans.

1. Put it in track or sport mode.
2. Step on the brake as hard as you can. For real. REALLY hard.

3. Put the accelerator to the floor FAST.

The motor will go up to ~2000-2500 rpm and stay there. When you're ready, just release the brake.

If you're not on the brake hard enough, it'll do a burnout. If you are too slow putting the accelerator down, it'll do a burnout. So if you're doing a burnout, it's because you didn't do step 2 or 3 properly.
1 millón de gracias 🤩

Message 14094, page 1007, they appear as the projectors are, although it is not the same projector model of the advertisement, the Chinese manufacturer makes it in a cylindrical projector to integrate it.

Getting an intermittent “Service air bag” alert. I’ve already had to have the driver’s seat bag replaced but that was under warranty. Tried pulling codes but my code reader isn’t showing any active or stored codes.

I see a dealer visit in my future.
