I've got black, but like green as well. Welcome!
Now after leaving those 2 alone in the garage for awhile... |

Heres mine..
Similar to black as far as maintenance goes id say. I put a ceramic coating on the car and xpel on the front end and have tracked it since the break in was completed. Seems as you intend to rack yours, for reference, so far 12 track days in the year that I have owned it and drive it occasional to work. I have just installed my 4th set of tires and replaced front pads as well and have 6k miles on it. Best of luck with yours! |

it definitely is an interesting paint formula; in my garage under fluorescent lights it definitely looks black. you have to look closely to tell its not black (my daughter said 'cool car dad I like the black!' the first time she saw it a couple days ago in the garage). outside of course it looks like dark sparkling green, but even that changes with the angle of the light striking it. reminds me a tiny bit of that 90s Ford Mystic paintjob (but that was a crazy blue purple greenish formula).
I live out in the countryside but not far from Wilmington DE. I've seen other ZL1s but never a ZL1 1LE on the road. I've seen several at track events, but never ever a ZLE out on the road up here. when I drove it home from NJ I had two different Camaros (one was a 5G SS) zoom up and circle all around it (I was in the middle lane) to eyeball the car, then thumbs up it ) this is NOT a fly under the radar car haha |
