I've wanted to move South along the coast for quite a while. I balked last year, but this is the perfect opportunity for me.

It does seem like a lot of people are moving to TX and Florida.

For me, I missed living at the beach and in a more relaxed atmosphere, I moved North because I thought I wanted winter and living downtown in the Big City.

I did not actually like those things, as I found out.
