Dirty south addition

Ight fellas I'm a lifelong hotrodder,..i'm a huge Buick enthusiast we own 6 70-72 Buick GS's and I have a 70 Buick GSX that I drove to high school. In the process of putting it back together now. I'm recently divorced,..37 yrs young,..teach a high school Auto Collision course and own a Collision repair shop with my dad for the past 23yrs.

I've owned Vettes,.Camaros,..several WS6 TA's,..Grand Nationals,..hot rod Buick GS's,..etc etc. I have several projects underway as I always do,.I build cars for customers on the side and do high end paint work.
Currently finishing up a 66 396 Chevelle and have another 66 chevelle to do a pretty nasty LS1 swap too. I'm building a 25.5 52 Buick that will be the new drag car. I'm also screwing together a 700hp pump gas 494cid deal for my Brothers GS rite now as well.

My recent purchase is what brings me here,..2013 Nickey ZL1 stage 2,..715hp 656 tq,..for now

My last hot rod was the orange buick GS pictured,.it was everything from a 4300lb street cruiser with AC that went 11.60s on 93 octane to a 10.60 NA setup to a Procharged 464 that made around 1k hp on corn,..then was building an Aluminum block twin s400 setup that would have been an easy 2k hp,...then life got in the way of that build. But that is the way it happens

The Procharged setup was fun,.. F1c-94 it was actually an experimental head unit,. Really went nuts in the mid range,..but the car was the most fun with its 700hp NA setup on corn had that Dominator running like fuel injection car pulled so hard and clean,..could drive it most anywhere and just couldn't leave it alone,..woulda went 10.30s with done more tuning and seat time

If anybody has paint and body questions or needs any work done feel free to ask. I've been doing this stuff since I was 6yrs old. Painted my first customer car at 13,..was welding rad supports in at 11,..I'm really not big into pics of my work as I'm more concerned with just doing the work getting paid and moving on but here is a few of a 66 vette I done and the 66 chevelle pictured. I'm doing a 1960 Porsche speedster now. If anyone needs anything done and in my area or don't mind traveling hit me up. Leaving a special and or high performance car with just any fool is gut wrenching,..they may not go out and do donuts or anything but you better believe idiots love to cold rev the shit out stuff. Be careful where you take your cars and tell them your ecu can record revs or some shit...when I took my Z to get the oil changed the other,..its just easier ha,..I told the kid that got in it that If I hear anything above 2k rpm I was going feed him his teeth,..

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wives', husbands, girlfriends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!
