What all you got done to your l99? I know stock the tune is garbage but they can run easy 12s with just a better tune

Full bolt ons......trans tuned ....dyno tuned....3200 Circle D stall with 391 gears. Just installed a set of Nitto 555r drag radials to battle the wheel spin of the gears and stall. Havnt been the the track yet with the new mods. Should almost be able to run with a stock 6th gen lol. Hoping to get out soon but the track is almost 3 hours away.

You should beat a stock 6g but I think I'd still take you I ran 11.68 when near stock. Drag pack, cai and ported TB. Stock tune. In -400 DA. It ran 11.8 in positive DA. |

Ya i know there are better choices but they will see 90 % street duty. If i was around the cirner from the track i would have went with something else. But they sure do work well on the street . Im thinking you will take me but i wont say no. Hell cat was my most excitig to me race...lost by a car. The most satisfying was beating an Audi r8 v8. He was beating up i on Hondas and was pretty cocky. So i waited for him just before the staging lanes. Left him on the line and never saw him till the return road. He parked it for the night he was that mad....what a beautiful car Im by no means veteran of the track but i have a great time when i go.

They are a good dual purpose tire. But if you really get serious at the track I'd recommend my current setup. The Mickey Thompson et street r 305/45/17. |
