Firefighter are you on wifi? That's the only way it works for me. It doesn't work through 3g or 4g

WiFi at my fire house doesn't work. 4G ect... doesn't work. It ONLY works at home on my WiFi.

I really dislike the new layout. It's setup like email which may just take some time to get used to.
