Secondary cats are attached by a flange fitting on one side and a slide type M/F compression fitting on the other. No cutting necessary (similar to Borla 60626/60606 secondary cat delete). OEM exhaust stays intact if you ever want to return to stock down the road.

If possible please post some pre installation pics when you receive your BBE. Thanks in advance.

I’m very curious how this goes. I want this but want to hear a review first.

IMHO BBE looks like a really well engineered and a high quality built system. If the workmanship on their site matches your exhaust, you are in for a treat.

They are a very well known company that has been around almost 30 and I believe started with exhausts for Porsche’s. I’ve had 2 of their systems on previous Corvettes and the fit and finish was above anything else. The sound was beyond awesome. Oh and this forum is anything but huge.

So it sounds like they have AFM valves in the mid pipe, no matter if you need them or not? I wonder if they will make an option without

I'm stoked to hear that mid pipe AFM delete is available for M6. Build to order is a nice touch.

I heard both ways that the ZL1 A10 does and doesn't have these valves, which is it?
