ZL1 specific VIN?

Does the 17 ZL1 have a specific VIN like the Gen 5 or is it just a continuation of the regular Camaro?

That is actually good in a way. My state has a yearly tax on vehicles. Always valued at the lowest price on a car model, they don't add options. This way I will be paying tax on a regular Camaro yearly. The first year the tax department called me and said that the DMV came back with a ZL1 and they asked me if $47,000 was right on the value. I know that it is nice to have originality on the ZL1 but property tax on all my vehicles are killing me. My 7 vehicles cost me twice as much taxes my house and I plan on adding the new ZL1 not replacing.

The more I hear about other state vehicle taxes, the more comfortable I get here in Oklahoma... it's not perfect by any means (funding for education is garbage), but seems to be a safe haven for car guys. No front plate requirements, no state inspection, no annual vehicle tax(unless you count tags), our excise tax sits at 3.5%. Our sales tax is stupid though, at 4.5%, which locally can get up to around 11%....
