New ZL1 1LE owner, tire question
Hey gang,
Sorry for what might be a dumb question but did most of you replace the stock tires and save them specifically for the track? I was looking at the PS4S but before I spent $1500+ I wanted to see what everyone else is doing. I live in Vegas so weather isn’t really a concern and she isn’t my DD. Thanks in advance for the tips!!!

That is exactly what i did. Replaced OEM's with Michelin PS4S for street driving and saved the GY's for the track.

Did you get a second set of rims or just have the tires in the garage?

That’s exactly what I did! Mine just arrived Wednesday last week and Thursday I bought new NITTOS. Just waiting on new rims to arrive.

I have Nitto G2's on mine for daily duty. They're ok.
I liked the Conti DW Tuned better.

Hate to beat a dead horse but I could use a little clarification on tires for my ZL1 1LE.
I drive it on the street in Florida. Getting to the end of life on my stock Goodyear F3's. I do notice the slippage when in rain storms and am looking for options. I am considering Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2's which seem to be most similar to my F3's. I also see Michelin Sport 4S but I prefer the stance and look of the F 3 or the Sport Cups. Does Pirelli make a tire comparable to the goodyear F3's? I do not want to change wheels or tire size. Has anyone been using Michelin Sport Cups on the street? Thanks Gary |

Yup - 285 all around on extra set of wheels. Next time will go for 295's all around.
