Long time coming finally hit Atco today

After missing a few opportunities for private rentals I finally got to Atco today. The DA was right around minus 600 foot. In total there were about 6 cars there running a bunch of no shows. Car ran great!
I have the ported intake on there from Pray (Thanks again Brett this thing is awesome) and a Katech ported throttle Body. Ran a Nitto NT05R 305/35/19 they liked 20PSI. I pulled the upper folding portion of the rear seat and passenger seat for the runs (About 75lbs total) and race weight according to Atcos scale was 3520 without me in it so 3690 locked and loaded with my ass in the seat.Best run was an 11.65 backed it up with an 11.67 and an 11.71. I could have made 50 passes today but the weather started going away a bit and the car was stuck in the 11.70's and it didnt make sense to continue killing the thing. I had a feeling an 11 sec slip was there today but 11.6's no way. Also not sure what was going on down the backhalf as it only saw 22 to 23mph from the 1/8th out I figured id see 25ish. 96mph at the 1/8th tho!!

Great runs! I wonder if your going into catalyst over temp protection?

thats what JFM and i were discussing while he was at the track ,car probably got some fuel enrichment down the back end of the track and killed off a little mph ...should have trapped 119-120 ..but still insane times ..and Honestly the Intake and throttle body Definatly did not hurt his times but i am still wondering how much they really helped !!!

My good friend brought his 2013 Automatic full bolt on Coyote today as well. He went 11.48@118 his Circle D converter gets things going quickly. Not bad at all for 5 liters and when setup right those cars can move.

WTF? Minus DA, shit we never see that here in Missouri unless its 12 degrees. Its just ridiculous the track and the air you guys have there. I'm killing myself to get in the 11's at 82 degrees and 2000 plus DA. Doesn't mean I want to move to Jersey, but gimmi some of that. Congrats

Awesome bro.

I can tell you that my intake and TB are worth 17/16 rw by themselves. With a tune I picked up 4 mph and dropped almost 4 tenths in the 1/8th. In the 1/4 I dropped 4+ tenths and an average of 3 mph. COTS hit me after the 2/3 shift.

So COTP effects cars moving at speed too? Thought that was just a dyno thing? Does this happen to manuals too?

It is not just a dyno thing and no it is not just an A8 issue. It comes on as soon as you touch the throttle in my buddies M7 C7Z. I got rid of it though. It was hitting me on the dyno but I didn't catch it. I was having to adjust the P.E. for some weird fuel anomaly I was seeing. I never did get it figured out until I had time to go over the logs later. It was COTS on the dyno. So I was commanding 12.8 up to 5,800, 13.0 to 6K and 13.2 above that. The AFR was still dropping off past 5,800 no matter what I did. I though I had tuned out COTS so I didn't bother looking back at the commanded. At the track the commanded was tracking for the first two gears. After the 2/3 shift at 69mph COTS started coming in. By the time I hit 106mph in 4th it was commanding 11.7. Over 70% of the pass COTS was giving me enrichment. I can screen shot it and email it to someone if they want to post it so everyone can see what it looks like going down the road. I have it all figured out now and it won't be coming back on any time soon.
