Here' what they did:

Full Front Clip Including Chin and Lights
Full Hood including Carbon Insert
Mirrors
Full Fenders
Full Side Skirt/Rockers
Door Cups (Not the doors themselves)
Door edges
Bumper area right behind wheel.

I think that should cover the typical problem areas.
It took 2 guys 8 hours to complete. $2200.
I don't know if that was a good price. Hope this helps
Where did you have your work done, I am looking to have mine wrapped as well. Did you have any paint correction done b4 the wrap?
Thx

I had less than 600 miles on my car when I had ppf applied and it definitely had areas that needed correction. It was well worth the $700 for stage 1 correction over the entire car.

Go ahead and get your car fully wrapped it’s a very small price to pay for many years of pristine paint. In the past I would get the full front, rockers, door cups etc and seemed anywhere not covered would get chipped. Now for any new cars, trucks suv’s I get full coverage especially 60k+ zl1. It’s not cheap but it gives me the piece of mind and washing is a breeze. You will thank yourself later. Cost will likely exceed 4K or maybe 5k depending on installer and PPF BRAND plotter patterns or panel wrap tuck application techniques. If LLumar brand is available in your area it’s just as good I have used all in past and my choice for clarity is LLUMAR . As far as I know all US based companies use 3M as their adhesive. Choosing the right installer is key.

I XPEL wrapped the entire car except the doors, rear bumper and rear quarter panels and it was $4200, but that also included some pin stripes I had put on. Probably around $3800 without the stripes.

If I had to do a minimal amount of XPEL I would do the front bumper/fascia and headlights, side skirts and in front/behind the rear wheels. Those are the real trouble spots for rock chips and tire spray.

I think that those tips are done so to direct the sound more at the ground and therefore lowering the decibels so you don't get meatballed at the track days. At least I've seen that before.
