I think you have to run special oil for track use, check the manual.

Change it. Also, make sure it's at least a 40 weight dexos 2 (if you care about warranty).

the initial oil change for my first track prep in march used Royal Purple HPS 10w40 , and then 75w90 in the differential fluid , just didn't have time this week to get it done again , and dealer doesn't use the above royal purple should I still be ok? otherwise I would have to go and buy ten quarts of HPS and go to a drive through type place to change oil

I wouldn't track with under 45 50% oil life. It's annoying but always worth it to put fresh oil in before beating on it...... PEACE OF MIND IS PRICELESS

I change at no later than 50% life left for track.

got competing advice from the dealer, he said run it down to 10% ! and then the shop was busy at go fast ! my only choice is to buy royal purple and go to a quick change place? is that the safe bet?

make sure it's Dexos 2.....have used RP in the past a couple of times and not had any good experiences, so I personally stay away from RP....
