Installed the Street Scene front lip and the ACS passenger side skirt. Had to fill in a couple of spots that I missed on the other skirt and repaint it, that will be going on tomorrow.

Today I de-badged the sides and rear, added a trunk closing pull strap, and covered those ugly front seat belt stalks.

De-badge was easier than I thought. Hair dryer, fishing line, Goo Gone. Can’t tell they were there. Left the front SS on then grill. Took maybe 30 minutes to do the sides and rear. Gets a wash tomorrow so it will look even better.

Trunk closing strap is the one from Flash Racing on eBay. (Posted about on here before.). Also really easy. Only had to remove the top two clips of the trunk liner, then was able to line up on the torx screw through an existing hole. Some quick cuts with an X-acto knife, and done. Took less than 10 minutes.

Last was some covers for the front seat belt stalks. To me, they look unfinished and ugly. I have some custom-fit ones being made with a trim stitch to match the Kalahari interior, but in the meantime I bought some perforated leather seatbelt strap cover/pads. Cut them a little shorter and wrapped the stalks just under the buckle. Looks much better. Can’t wait for the custom ones. If they turn out as expected, I’ll post pics and links to the maker.

Took cemented bird do off driver mirror. Declined dealer detailing. I hate Armor All & tire dressing, besides been raining here almost every day. Also ordered Hot Wheels logo for trunk lid like on my 2013 Vert & 2008 Mustang before that.
