Would headers require a tune? I currnetly have a Roto-fab intake.

If you're dead set on not cutting the pan, the Pfadts are the only route to go without shimming or manipulating the pan.

But with that being said, any of these headers are damn close to that plastic pan so keep that in mind.

Yes you will want to get a tune. The car will run fine without a tune, but you will get a check engine light due to cat inefficiency.

Headers about 15. Cats about 20. Why spend the money and void your warranty for only 15 HP? Just do cats.
