For transparency I also have this posted on the Cadillac Forums.

I'm selling my freshly serviced by Nick Williams (updated the electronics last month). I ran this throttle body for 5-6k miles works as expected.
The throttle body has a small Nick in it on the top, due to me using a sharp pry bar (Can see in first picture) Outside of that its in great condition.

Selling because I went with a larger throttle body.

Asking for $550 Shipped. Will come in padded box.
