LT1 Front Crank Seal Recommendations
Bought the LME Billet VVT Delete looking to see what everyone is running or recommends for a front seal on a high HP / high boost combination. Running Elite Ultra catch can with their CSS so plenty of venting and vacuum.
Ive seen guys running the ZL1 seals not sure if this is the same as the LT1? Seen guys running the LS3 seal Also seen Jannetty Racings LT1 seal. Just looking for recommendations based on real world use, Thank you...

LS3 crank seal is what you want.

I'm interested, how much work to install the LS3 seal? What needs to be removed to get access to it?
