Chevrolet Announces New SS Performance Sedan
From General Motors:
DETROIT – Chevrolet today announced the return of a V-8 powered, rear-wheel-drive performance sedan to the U.S. lineup, the Chevrolet SS. The SS will also be Chevrolet’s next NASCAR Sprint Cup racecar and will debut in its race configuration at the 2013 Daytona 500. ...more

New Chevy SS! Confirmed!
As I was checking my feed on Facebook, saw that Team Chevy confirmed the Chevy SS!
"We are proud to unveil our new NASCAR Sprint Cup car - the Chevrolet SS! This V-8 powered, rear-wheel racecar will run its first race at the 2013 Daytona 500. The performance sedan will be the 2014 model and arrive to showrooms in late 2013. — with Tammy Alford Baker Woods and Bruce Harrington."  Let the talks begin

I also think calling it the "SS" is just simply a bad idea.
I'm excited about the car though. Hopefully its more exciting looking than the new "Caprice" police car. The front view of that car is not bad, but it looks plain jane from the sides.

Someone suggested "SS376"
Even that would be better than just SS. Oh well. Commodore's back. That's all I care about.
