They were just delivered a few hours ago. The kit came with a nice transparent install template using that sweet old engineering font I fondly remember from college, heh.

Plan is to install them, then do the photo shoot tomorrow

Installed the black heritage badges, yay, see pictures below. Pardon the horrendous color fidelity, my phone camera is junk, the car actually looks amazing in garnet red.

The included template makes this a very simple job. Although the old tricolor badge removed easily with fishing braid and a hair dryer to help lift the goop residue, I did have to hit the surrounding area with polish, because its outline was lightly etched (scratched!) into the clear in the factory, don't know what installation tool they're using, but apparently it has a sharp edge that touches the paint.

Dry fit the badges to see what For/Aft position you like best. Too far forward and it gets into the wheel arch sweep. To far aft and it crowds the door.

Yeah, I see what you mean. I nudged them as far aft as I dared before the badge would get too close to the door. As I see, only the last letter curved onto the wheel arch this way, and it actually looks good IMO, it adds continuity with the arc ending at the wheel arch edge (see one of the pics I made squatting right next to the passenger door, remembering your comment).

Next thing to install is the Velossa big mouth ram air duct, but I'm too tired for that today... maybe tomorrow night.
