2012 LFX camaro catch can install video

Hey guys I just wanted to pass along this link to a video I made for installing an elite engineering catch can my LFX. Hope it can help some of you who are interested in installing one. Enjoy

Also, if you view on a mobile platform, you will not see the note that I put in on the video. I installed the lock washer incorrectly. It belongs underneath the engine bolt cover bracket above the nut.

45th Camaro,

For $18 you can have another OEM PCV hose. I always want to be able to go back to stock quickly. For me the $18 was great insurance. I cut the ends off the new one and just used those without long pieces left over.

Nice video!

Yes I also bought another hose. Should have it in a week. A friend with our local club works at Chevy. I was there today getting my wheels balanced and had him order me another one. I want to have the option to take the can out if I want to. Thank you for the kind words guys and for the tips!

Great video, definitely helpful. I probably would have overlooked the Teflon tape part, should be better stated in the directions. I also got 2 washers and another o-ring. I'm assuming the o-ring is in case the existing one breaks but what about the washers??

Hmm are they lock washers? Did you get a different bracket maybe? I've heard of some people installing theirs in a different places.
