Ported stock SC Stage 3 cam 103 TB Rotofab big gulp 2” headers without cats 9.1 lower NGK plugs. I used to have 2.3 upper and meth added to current set up and made 780whp on mustang dyno. Obviously a max effort build. I have since removed those items but I’m pretty sure I’m still well over 700whp. No way I’m losing 80whp just from removing meth and 1.5psi of boost. My car actually pulls better through the RPM now. Before it would just hit crazy hard and light the tires up. |

There are many ways to achieve that goal. You can certainly try to squeeze HP from various different methods to get to that number. But for me, I would want to do it efficiently, safely, and still have room for more. That way driveability, durability, and reliability won't suffer. So my route is to go LTs, cam, ported heads, blower swap (2650 at least), and other supporting fuel mods. You won't have any issues with that type of setup and it'll be a good DD with no issues.
Alternatively you could go the centri blower route or TTs. TTs would be more expensive and require more extensive work and maintenance. Centris are cool but for some reason I just don't think they look good on these cars. Plus you'll have to spend extra money for an IM etc. PDs are easiest and simplest. |

As mentioned though some places , including Hennessy show STD numbers so compare apples to apples. |

My car was dyno'd in Houston in July with a DA of probably 2000-3000 ft., so you know Hennessey corrected it back to something close to a sea level DA in January or 29.92 in-Hg. Without knowing how each shop handles this with their Gen 6 dynos, we'll always be comparing apples and oranges.

Nope, its around 15% drivetrain loss which would put him around 950hp. It could even be slightly less than 15%, the A10 is VERY efficient.

What are A10s making bone stock if you run averages? 565ish whp would indicate 15%. 555rwhp would indicate 17%.

If you recheck my original post, I said a STALLED auto. Aftermarket torque converters soak up parasitic loss, even when locked up. But what do I know.
