Rivet Gun Recommendations

I just bought a set of GM splash guards for my 2LT convertible, and had them custom-painted to match, since GM didn't offer the set painted in Sharkskin Metallic.

The rear pair looks pretty easy to install... 3 existing bolts. However the front pair installs with some pop rivets. I think I can do it, but I was hoping someone would recommend a decent yet affordable rivet gun to get the job done. I don't want DeWalt or Milwaukee because I will probably never use the tool again.

Thanks in advance for any help/info!

this isnt the exact one I bought because its not available anymore but looks to be about the same one under a different name.
https://www.amazon.com/Anesty-Alumin...e%2C78&sr=1-84

I did my side skirts with it with no issues so that was like 30+ rivets

Search this on Amazon America

MAXPOWER 13" Professional Hand Riveter - 5 Sizes up to 6mm (6/25") Ergonomic and High Leverage Rivet Gun

I hate right angled rivet guns, almost always when doing delicate stuff it forces you to slip and scratch stuff.

I picked up a cheap one from Harbor Freight when putting on my side skirts and rock guards. Don't remember if it was the $5.00 one or the $10.00 one, but I know I didn't pay more than that. I didn't want to pay more than that for something I'd probably never use again. Worked fine for me with no issues.

Looks like a nice kit. As implied, much of these tools are Chinese clones sold under twenty different "brand" names.
Harbor Freight only wins if you have one close by.
otherwise, amazon for the free shipping and free rivets.

I think this is my favorite suggestion. My neighbor just lent me his Craftsman (old school, when the brand was good) pop rivet gun... so now I can return the one I ordered from Amazon.

A good'ol Craftsman rivet gun worked great installing my OEM splash guards. Glad I borrowed it, because I don't think I will ever need one again LOL

Sound like my dad lol

He used to have everything but I have surpassed him. Few days ago he came over to borrow a 7/16 tap because he didn’t want to dog around his stuff to find lol

I bought a cheap one and it has worked well. Last used it for my dive planes. My son used it when he was 9 or 10 to help install my wickerbill
