Headers....I be thinking about...headers.
I'm thinking about adding headers installed by my dealer to keep my car in full warranty. My question is how will it sound with my NPP muffler and how much HP/TQ can I expect with Long Tube headers ....and which manufacturer has the best performer.

If you’re concerned about warranty leave it stock, no law or rule will guarantee your warranty.

unless the dealer is willing to take over the warranty and put it in writing headers will void your engine warranty. They require a tune. GM will not tune it. The dealer can get you a aftermarket tune. it will sound pretty good. it will have some rasp too it. I ended up putting Flowmaster American thunder mufflers on it.

"full length" headers have been referred to as "long tubes" (at least on forums like ls1tech) ever since I had my first trans am in 2006 and I'm sure it's been referred to that long before then. Have you never seen the phrase "LT headers"?

lol, some companies call them long tubes like kooks, some call them short or long systems like ARH

they started calling them long tube headers in the 80s when short tube headers came out. millenials dont know what long tube headers are.

Back to the OP's original question. You will not keep your warranty with "long tube headers" because that modification will require a tune. A tune will void any engine and probably any drivetrain warranty claim whether it actually caused the malfunction or not. Headers with the stock exhaust and a tune will add 30-40 HP and give better mid and upper range pull.
