Is there an option to modify the format to include (or delete) information, or is this strictly a “fill-in-the-blanks” product?

Chris creates customized plaques per your specification. He has several templates he can show you, but you determine the final content, he sends you a proof, that once approved he'll use for engraving.

This other link in this forum provides other details about the process and gathering information:

I just received mine today. How are most of you attaching your plaque to the top of the fuse box? Are you epoxying it or just using the strongest double sided tape you can find? Are you drilling holes through the plaque and fuse box cover and bolting it in place?

I'm leaning towards just getting the strongest double sided tape I can find and using that.

I'm thinking about getting some strong velcro so I can take it off most of the time.

Thanks all...I never thought about going the Velcro route for some reason. Guess it’s time to place yet another Amazon order.

How'd you mount this? Let's talk about it. I see you screwed it down with some machine allen screws.

Used some rubber washers under the plate, between the plate and the fuze box?
Does that keep water out?
What'd you put on the underneath of your fuse plate?
Do you leave it on there all of the time?
Do you have yours clear coated?

I use super sticky velcro. Makes a nice clean look. Also helps because I ordered a 2nd one that details my mods. Now I can swap between the two plates.
