The v6 looks terrible. The V8 I agree is very charger looking. Glad I got a 2016. It will appeal to some people and we all have different tastes. The v6 reminds me of Bubba from Forest Gump.

My very first initial thought was “DAMN that is one ugly photoshop.”
Then I realized that the post was made by Chevrolet directly. This was real. Next thought after that was “What...in the actual...hell...” At this point the shell shock has worn off a bit. I still struggle to find this design attractive but I don’t find it as repulsive as I did when I first saw it. I think my main issue is that this does not “look Camaro” to me. This, of course, is my own personal opinion. I believe that if Chevrolet brought back the Chevelle and made it a 4-door competitor to the Charger, this design would be better suited for that. It looks very brute-ish to me. Perfect for a 4-door muscle car. But for a 2-door Camaro...I just can’t understand how they felt this was the direction to go. Of course, nothing would have made me happy. I absolutely LOVE my 2017 SS. If this refresh would have been amazing, I would have been slightly bummed for not waiting a bit longer. I am happy I don’t have to worry about that and will save a bunch of money. However I still want to see Chevy win. I’m very concerned that this will hurt their chances of that. I honestly hope I am wrong. Last thoughts - All the aftermarket companies are gonna be REALLY busy making the ZL1-style front end replacements...thank god they didn’t change the look of that front end. As for this new SS, I think the black cars are going to look very similar to a current year Mustang. No bueno.
