Double check the Hertz as well. We use 60 hertz in North America...I think some EU countries use 50hz.


I would just buy one in France. There has got to be more cars with 12V batteries than just your Camaro.

Ctek makes the “Camaro” accessory charger. If you purchase an EU model it will come with the eu plug and operate a 220v/50hz.

Ugh - CTEK is the worst. It matters not one iota that it's a "Camaro" charger or GM rebranded product. It's a 12V trickle charger - you are paying for programming and durability, period

Uh? Sounds good to me? The CTEK GM trickle charger is a quality unit.

Yves ZL1, regardless of the “smart” charger you choose you will want an EU version for use in Bourges because of the 220v/50hz power.

That’s ok but the battery I ordered is thé stock one... I wish it would be right... Thanks to you all guys...

charging the dead battery would be a great option unless it is in function.
or else purchasing a new battery will be good choice

try out deep cycle battery it has long life and don't need charging in very short time.

I have found this guide which has best deep cycle battery list

GENERALLY, deep cycle batteries are not recommended for starting car motors.

They are not designed for the short burst of high amperage required by the starter. Deep cycle batteries are designed for lower amperage draw over extended periods of time and can be discharged lower relative to automotive starter batteries, which is normally not a requirement for a car. If you do choose a deep cycle battery with the cranking amps required to use as a starter battery, it will most likely be very large and much more expensive. You may want to research this further before considering it.

Yes you re right... I Finally got a stock battery...

But still don’t know for the tender... and yes that would be a french one ...
