There will be a pace car edition because they need about 50 cars for the month. They may be painted like the real pace car but they will NOT be Z/28s, I can promise you that. More than likely, SS A6 convertibles in a pace car paint scheme.

The thing that struck me about that on track video is, it was shocking to see a car running on such a dirty track. I guarantee you they were not running 5/10ths. On a warm clean track, that car should be able to go flat out. What's the NASCAR pole? 187?

Gotta have the babes sitting on the rear deck.

And they'll have to be autos because nobody can drive a stick anymore!

Dang... unfortunately you are totally correct here. ^^^

I was hoping the festival cars would in fact be Z/28's

I know for a fact they are useing 50 Triple Black Camaro SS Convs all Auto with Black wheels. What I do not know is what the decals will look like. My guess is they will look the same. In 2011 they did offer the people getting the cars a manual trans. Only 4/52 picked a manaul. They also had manuals in 1998. Only one in 93 for a Chevy VIP.

Agreed. You can't beat sunrise and sunset lighting. Of course, I'm biased; I ordered black.

Good man!

Even though they work us to death trying to keep them looking great.

My ZL1 is in need of a good washing right now. I walk into the garage with my head down in shame because I feel it's like WTH Bill, you know you need to wash me!!!!!!

Festivals are at the track awaiting decals. They will be decaled like the Pace Car except for "OFFICIAL CAR" on the lower door.

If you want one they have an MSRP of $48,765. Call any Indianapolis based Chevy dealer to reserve one. Pick up will be the first week of June 2014. They will have from 1000-4000 miles in most cases. Some of the big dealers are Andy Mohr, Hare, Penske, Skillman, Hubler, Estes, Ed Martin.

One Camaro coupe, 29 Camaro Convertibles, and one Volt (for the mayor) delivered after parking car #25 on the end. There were three that still needed their wheels swapped before going to the the track.
