Can't wait to see how well Laynlo's set up does. He seems to have a similar approach.
True...to a certain extent... Eventually, if you want to make big power you're going to have to pay the piper...

Of course man, just talking fun street car stuff. You need the whole enchilada if you want to be competitive.

These are -6 lines (rails are -8) as it's connected to the factory Camaro feed line which is -6. You are correct on the routing, we are feeding the front of the rails first. Since it's a return-less system we want the flex sensor close to the HP pump for 2 reasons:

1. any switchover from pump to E85 is normally going to happen at cruise - in fact you want it to on a return-less system - especially if it's a big change. You want the fuel in the rails before it hits the sensor, then makes it into the DI right after it hits the sensor.

2. FF sensor does have a bit of restriction, placing it after the rails lets full flow to the port system with the slight sensor restriction only effecting the DI side.
If this car was switched to a return style fuel system I would put the FF sensor after the pressure regulator in the return line to the tank.

I was hoping Mike would eventually get on the board and answer some questions and explain things that I didn't. He's been a busy guy working on my setup to send out tomorrow. Great guy with lots of knowledge and can put it to use building good stuff for us gear heads.

Hey Zlavin, do you know what blower belt your running yet since the blower is about 3/4 higher then stock? What upper and lower are you running? I'm going to run a 98 upper and 15% lower which I think is about 9.20 I think. The 14% is 9.17 diameter. I'm trying to figure that out.

Is Mike's Z06 now relegated to delivery status? LOL.

I love that lower box.

I am very jealous, and SUPER happy for you. This is going to turn out great.

Well he was right down to the wire for shipping last night to he had to drop it off at ups. I guess they'd already picked up at his shop.

Well its unfortunate but UPS lets us down for tomorrow delivery of the toohighpis port injection kit plus some other good stuff. So instead of being tomorrow it going to be Monday which throws me another few days behind. Nothing I can do but it will delay of another few days. Goal is still the LS Fest with a blower or NA. We are going.

Posted a few more pics in my first post. Received two of the 4 boxes today, so check out the new pics and also added a C7 Heartbeat lid, we had some concerns the taller lid might hit the hood but I will verify that so if anyone else decides to got PI with their 2300 you'll know if it will clear or not. I really like the C7 lid, I'm sure some will ask if its a Whipple and must admit it kinda looks like one also. Also painted the lid and clear coated the blower case, looks much better than that rough shit they cast it out of.
