Your making 850 with an aftermarket blower. This is with the stock blower ported!

People were giving other options for tuners, so did I.

Very impressive work from all of their videos.

Its an X port, max effort. on 16+lbs of boost, I am on 14.

Once again, nothing special. It makes 840 on E and meth with an Xport. (Everyone does this)

Yes exactly. Like every shop that does an X port and adds meth and E. LOL.

There's nothing special about RPM.

CSP has X ports getting 800whp on 93 only. My point. Still has nothing to do with OP's post. Boost is boost BTW.

Thanks for the education. I'll make sure to check with you first before I post. Maybe when the time comes I will even switch my thoughts on what Tuner I should use. You know it all...

To get a true 650 at the wheels. In a nutshell what is needed without getting invasive tearing into the engine.

And they produce the only [almost] 300 mph car

I'll buy one after I win Power Ball.

A bunch of different ways, one is CAI, ported blower, and maybe headers. I think E85, fuel kit and tune will do it too.

The guys at CSP also do very good work, they have dozens of cars there every time I am in the place waiting for their turn. I would add them to the list if your in the tri state area.
CSP is a great shop, extremely knowledgeable and professional. They have worked on both my Zl1s and have always treated me well. They will be doing my heads/cam this year, it's great having a shop like that so close to me.

The big question I see is, if your willing to pay 68k to 75k for the zl1(most of us bought in a 56k to 64k new) and 40k to Hennessey WTH aren't you getting the C8 Z06. I love my ZL1 but that just seems like a stupid decision to invest all that much into our cars which are a dime a dozen.

I guess I'm Mr Frugal I buy a lot parts but, I can't stand over paying for things when I know how much they cost or can be had for. Your looking someone that basically doubled his power for under 17k and here we are almost 3 years later.

I don't need a youtube shop to have great work done and 99% of the work is in the tune anyhow.

I hope you wake up and don't invest all that in these cars or brand name when you can find good work for half the price.

The OP asked about 850 pkgs, which he can buy for $17k plus shipping.

Q Why have any of the thousands of members here spent money modifying their Gen 6?

A Because they like Gen 6, not C8.

I like 6 gen to but since he mentioned Hennessey figured he wasn't thinking strait and needed to see that c8 was the same price w warranty and better performance.

I don’t see anyone getting a z06 at $140k or less without connections for many years. Hell first they have to be available. And let’s put this into perspective because it comes down to $’s. I wouldn’t spend money at Hennessy at my current income. But if I was making a significant amount more $’s and the Camaro Guy I am, Hennessy would be considered for work. Lots of folks making lots of $’s that $50k here or there is nothing to their worth.
