Nitrous - a few questions

I have a fbo e85 A8. Looking to run a 100 shot. Car has been tuned for it. Proton kit hooks directly into the elbow of my CAI and is is attached to a WOT micro-throttle switch in the pedal. I have a NX digital window switch as well as a purge kit and bottle warmer. Is it necessary for me to also get a programmable TPS switch? If it isn't necessary, would it at least help in conjunction with the window switch? Are there any other recommendations that you guys would have for ensuring that the setup is safe when running it? Thanks.

You don't need a TPS switch. They are nice to have but adding one would be a further pain to install. The window switch is great protection already.

Ok thanks. Do you have any recommendation of how I should configure the window switch as far as settings for RPM to spray at, etc?

Nitrous systems should NOT be activated unless you are at full throttle. If your kit comes with a throttle switch, use it. Othewrwise, buy one yourself. I know someone that blew up a motor by engaging nitrous when it was not wide open, because he had made the mistake of NOT installing a throttle switch.

I realized my window switch is also a TPS switch as well, 2 in 1 so I should be good there.
