What’s the difference in power going from 93octane to E40? I imagine thats what I would end up with.

Hey guys it's what is the max safe e on the stock bolt on car

Also headers Kong ported blower 15psi boost ~ stock fuel system just flex fuel sensor I would try e30/e40 here in Germany is pump fuel 97 octane little better than in the USA with 93 octane I would just add little bit e fuel to make little fun runs

Hey King, wouldn't a simple JMS voltage booster help him with the low side? I have that plus the GM LT4 low side pump, ZL1 high side and injectors, and my car is good for up to ~E65 with forced induction at 10 psi of boost, similar to what the ZL1 1LE is making.

If he'd did the JMS booster E40. If he did a cam, E60. If he did a LPE Pump and +30's Full E. Probably would need more than a JMS for low side support for full E. Might squeak by on E60.

Thanks for all the good information. Don’t sell yourself short, I believe that’s actually a 33% increase in ethanol content. (45*33%=59.85)

I have a Z06 with stock cam, LPE Big Bore, XDI 30's, kong X port, 2.3 upper, 107mm TB, Big Gulp 5 inch, and headers. I can run E70 in the summer and E60 in the winter. No Meth. I had a JMS and upgraded to a DSX low side. No increase in E capability even though the high side isn't dropping to 60-70 PSI like the JMS was. The DSX holds 80psi. It was still high side limited as the pressure started to drop by E70.

Picking up my 2023 ZL1 next week and plan to do similar mods.

I have that set up with the JMS booster and stock pulleys on my ZL1. E50 in winter and E60 in summer @ sea level and making 740whp uncorrected. Cam, +60 injectors and DSX on my list for next round of mods.

I may be pushing the LPE BB little harder than you. I'm going to test headers/intake only on my 2023 Zl1 with the LPE BB and XDI 30s. Oh I'll probably get a JMS to start until I go with the Katech setup. I expect to be able to run full pump E which is E78-E82 here in South Florida.
