Illuminated front bowtie
I was wondering if anyone on here has this bowtie and has tried to rewire it stay on all the time with the driving lights? Because from what I can tell mine shuts off when I put it in drive and I'm getting an idea where I want it on all the time?

I dont think it shuts off at all since its connected to the drl. The glowtie just isn’t very bright.

Shouldn't it be coming on with the regular headlights so you can see it at night?

I have a switch connected to turn on the Glowtie whenever I want. It uses two diodes, a switch and an inline fuse, 5 amp I think. You use the diodes to isolate the two circuits to prevent feedback into the running light circuit. Not too hard to do. If you want, I'll see if I can draw up a diagram.
