I would still love to know if the OEM GM splash guards fit gonna ZL1..? ACS ones look to be the best, but it's damn hard to shell out $400 for rock guards. I think I've come across the OEM ones for $200, and they're already painted to match.

I have my OEM ones, been on for a year or 2 and they still do the trick. Nothing to complain about.

Which ones are you referring to? Do they have both front and rear?

Once again these splash guards from RPI Designs seem to be great in terms of installation, looks, functionality and price. Has anyone used them?

I have those and due to my car’s sticky tires I hear pebbles hitting them all the time at low speeds. I would think those pebbles would be hitting the body otherwise so I’m very happy I got them.

Double thread resurrection, yay

...but now that we're on, I have the RPI's, too, they work pretty well. The original mounting clips supplied for the front pieces were mildly crappy, though, I lost one of them mudflappies on the drag strip and only noticed back home in the garage. The replacements I bought have a tighter clip, no problems since.

Looking at the lone old guard I removed from the other side, its smooth front is ravaged by rocks all the way to the edge, so I'd say some kind of rock guards are essential.

Does anyone have photographs of the ACS Composite rock guards installed WITHOUT aftermarket rocker panels? I can't decide if my 1LE will look silly if I install only ACS Composite rock guards.

I just got a set - I ordered (and paid) for the "premium" set - but what I received seemed very thin and were marked as "standard".... Thought the premium was supposed to be thicker.... Any chance you can measure your set and let me know if the ones you got were premium or standard?

I emailed them but haven't gotten a response....

Sorry man, didn't see your response earlier. Mine are exactly 1/8" thick and the sticker on the packaging said "premium".
