I'm looking at getting into a 6-speed ZL1, what should I be aware of for ones with higher mileage?

What brake rotors from other GM vehicles are these cars interchangeable with? Curious of C7Z carbon rotors are a direct swap.


Any of yall able to fit a mtn bike in the trunk with rear seat folded and front wheels removed from bike? lol

If the mountain bike is for a 4 year old, it might fit with both wheels removed...and the handlebars.

Oh, I wouldn't take the ZL1 offroading or mud bogging, either..in case you were wondering.

With the rear seats folded down and the front wheel removed it should fit a mountain bike. The trunk itself is huge, it's just the opening that's ridiculous. You'd probably have to load it in through the cabin.

I would check out Turo. There is one in the south bay currently for rent for pretty cheap.

you could even go with an SS or lower trim to see if you can make do with the size and all that stuff.

I tried fitting a BMX bike in the back seat and the trunk. Won’t fit. Unless u take the tires off.

The C7Z carbon rotors technically are a direct fit, you would just need to swap the stock ZL1 hats onto the C7 rotors as they have a different offset. You would also need the correct pads but the calipers and the remaining parts all fit.

I realized I forgot to mention this but that is for the front, the same cannot be said for the rears. You need to get the C7 or Z28 calipers due to the massive rotor size but you don’t need to swap the hat as they should be the same spacing.
