PSA:headlight alignment

if you have to replace your HID bulbs and have difficulties aligning them side to side as i did (left headlight wanted to point to the left and down)take the bulb back out and refit it into the socket.if they arent just perfectly installed into the groove in the bulb housing they will give you hell.had to lower the left side after refitting the bulb as i had cranked up the vertical adjustment to compensate.

I just replaced one of these. Aside from the usual not touching hi intensity bulbs, it didn't look like it could be removed. I might be wrong though. Seems the thick, cyborg eye lense would align the beam. ?

i would have thought they would only go in one way and be aligned, but if you replace the bulb and its not quite "right" just remove it and try again.took a long trip last night and it was great having no problem finding the road again.between that and a new electric key fob its like having a brand new car again...
