I traded a .38 Rossi snub for a 2018 ZL1 Trunk lid and spoiler..it's Gunmetal and my cars Hot Red..I might wrap it in Black..but I like it the way it is..the Gunmetal is a awesome color..and the Irony'. 😁

Put new Delco battery in it (5 years old, do BEFORE it causes havoc. Hate the post “clamping system”! Tried to coat post/clamp with dialectic grease to prevent corrosion but wound up taking it off because the F#€¥@&n clamp kept creeping up and would not tighten! Otherwise not too bad 🤬

They could have made a better access to the battery so you didn't have to remove trunk panels.

And, too, my old mechanic told me that post battery posts are recycled - I was having electrical problems with a car because the posts were slightly too small due to their re-use.

I got the bug seeing this posted from another member, so I bought the Hooker crush pipe delete kit and installed it today. Just never set right with me to have the pipes crushed to 50% due to sharing the pipes with the convertibles that have a cross member that needed the clearance. I know Mishimoto says they tested and found no gains, I also have seen another where it showed a slight Gain. Been 40+ years since my fluid dynamics mechanical engineering class, but restrictions in any form just went against my grain.

Pain in the ass to do in my driveway on ramps, but got it done.

Gave her a pat on the ass and said I will get your new battery today and take you out this weekend (1st time since October) as I headed out to hop in the Yukon and go to work.

Put a coat of Adams Americana wax on it, and put on the new wheels...I like the look so far.
