I would definitely put the Corsa NPP in a nother league above the Flowmaster as it should be for the cost. The Flowmaster is still great for the money but I would suggest spending the extra if you can swing it!!

Sounds great. How do you think it sounds loudness wise vs. a Borla Atak/Sport if you've heard one in person with headers or deletes? I went with a Borla S-type on my ZL1 knowing later I'm going to add cat deletes or headers later. I seen a lot of your build and notice you're going from cat deletes to headers. I know you have a lot of power, how much do you think your going to pickup horsepower wise?

I haven't heard a Borla in person but If I had to guess the Corsa NPP with resonated x would be similar to the Borla Sport with non resonated X with valves open and a bit quieter with valves closed.

I mainly bought the headers because the catless units seem to be getting harder to get. I figure I'll sit on them for now. I only expect to gain 15-20whp coming from cat deletes.

I’d suggest you weld in a bung for your wideband into the collector then send them out for ceramic coating before you install them.
