My 2SS has been sitting on "waiting to ship" for a week now... it will be travelling northeast, up to Toronto but my dealer said it might be because they're "waiting for the weather to clear up." Anyone else in the same boat?

Mine was built last Thursday but only released to shipping on Tuesday and still waiting. I am ok if they wait till roads are dry so it doesn't get salt covered.

I believe that mine my be in QC.

I can understand why GM wouldn't want to move the ZL1s during this weather but for my 2SS to be waiting for over ten days in a lot....this sucks!!

2SS is big investment too.

I can't imagine driving a top heavy car carrier around in the weather that they have been experiencing in Lansing.

It may be a blessing in disguise. Hang tough Patrick, she'll be there soon.

Right now my big investment is sitting in the snow. As long as it gets here without oxidation all over it will be pleasantly surprised to come home to a heated garage and never see rain or snow again lol

Hopefully they are both sitting in a nice warm warehouse together.
Keeping those DOT R compound tires nice and warm.

That is my fantasy, for what it is worth.

If those $400 tires are sitting loaded on an 18 degree tarmac right now, we will feel and see it as soon as we drive them. As I have always maintained, I am a big fan of the factory warranty. I will not hesitate to call them on that.

The corrosion thing however, is a totally different animal. I don't have much tolerance for that. For a $5000 beater yes, for a $75000 Camaro...NO FN WAY!

Not to be a douche... I have to leave my garage door open in February to let the heat out after driving.

Cool I'll know when I there next year that you left the door open for me so I can feel at home and enjoy the sights in a 1le lol....only kidding i don't have plans to be there that is my fantasy

negative its starting to get to me. I care more that the car is out in the weather than anything. If it was in a heated garage they can keep it till spring as I don't need it till may 1st
