Since the 2019 refresh looks terrible (sadly), I don't want to miss the chance to order the 2018 version, but I'm just "building" my budget.

I would like to know approximately when is the last call to order a new 2018 (Canadian website / dealers).

Last I checked with my dealer it was 05/25.

You may want to call up your local dealer and double check though.

Miami stealer said end of July is last day. I wouldn't put much stock in it.

You can always order now and delay the actual payment papers till you see better incentives, some dealers will work with you on that. Don't expect dealers in South FL to do that. They'll sell you at auction, if they can

5/25 may be the last day to input an order for 2018, but it does not mean it it will be picked up. I would early as early as possible to ensure GM accepts and picks up the order.

The dealers sell anything they have on the lot but there is just one production line for Camaros and they only build one year at a time. Typically they switch the line to the new model in June. They may take orders through May but there's no guarantee that all orders will be completed before the switch. I believe orders that don't get built as a 2018 will be converted to 2019 order.

Je suis allé voir au concessionnaire et on m'a dit que le 24 mai est la dernière date. Par contre, Comme le shut down commence ce jour-là, il serait risqué de faire une commande. Donc il me conseil fortement de le faire avant le 10 mai.

What status does it have to get to so that you know it's getting built? Mine hit 2000 yesterday (ordered on SAturday and 1100 on Monday). Is there still a chance they arnt going to build it? Don't want to to order my custom plates until I know for sure its coming.

Guys I work in a GM dealer and final consensus is at the end of June, last retail orders for 18' Camaro is July 12th.
I ordered two 2018 Camaros last week and they are already at 2000.


Les gars, je travaille dans un dealer GM et le consensus final est fin Juin, les commandes au détail pour les Camaro 2018 sont jusqu'au 12 Juillet! J'ai placé deux Camaro 2018 dans notre système la semaine passée et elles sont passée déjà et sont à l'étape 2000.
