Chiller installed on E-Force

Just finished Chiller install on E-Force WOW!!. IAT start dropping the minute you turn it on. 78* and humid today and IAT was mid 50s ,was 89* before turning Chiller on. Cabin AC does not suffer, was running on low. Very complete kit, did not have to buy a single thing.

So you had to vacuum out a/c and refill when done?

Thanks Steve that was a Maggie Kit without full assembly. You did a hell of a job installation. With all the info and pictures you sent me I’m confident on finishing EForce fitted kit now. I’m really interested in your testing especially if you get a really hot day before next year LOL. With all the work and testing you have done on cold air intake and …..... your input is valuable. I just packed a KB kit to ship today; it’s really shaping up too. I’m finally starting to do them from memory.

Awesome job Steve!!!!! This is not a super easy install, but if your handy you can do it and Steve is proof.

Again, there is NO better solution out there we are aware of and anyone concerned w/high IAT temps need look no further, and it only adds 7-9# to the car.

Vacuum out AC is very important. Just bring your car to an AC shop and they can evac your system and store your costly 134A freon. Install Chiller kit (I always tape system ends so no contaminents get in) then have the shop vacuum again and charge system with your 134A plus about 6oz.
