That new chiller box looks sweet Dave. Where could we mount it on my car? I might be interested in replacing my current HE for this new type.

I am guessing it has to go in the trunk.

Hmmmmmm... That would be cool but that would mean running AC lines to and from the trunk. I'd almost want the new lines to be hard lines instead of rubber just for peace of mind.

I agree with you, I could supply lengths of straight bendable lines with AC fittings on each end then switch to hose. I can mail them in shipping tubes.

Rat is using Aeroquip A/C Race Hose. It has a smaller OD and is braded as well as user can put reusable ends on. He is using I think its PEX from Home Depot for water. It looks good check it out!

I Have these CNC Freon return adapters made blank so I can drill the opening anywhere and weld any shape AC fitting to it. For example on the Camaro if you have big FRCs I can tweak the location of Freon return line special order. Above mentioned Rat TBSS he needs special direction to easily run the AC hose for Chiller Tank so I welded this one to order. That’s all he needs now and will have it working Saturday! Can’t wait to hear his comments on performance.

We have an offer to include a Super Chiller in a Gm performance Magazine, only problem is I don’t have a custom kit available for car model yet, working on that.

We have first Whipple Camaro Kit Shipping to Canada as well as another Chiller Tank Shipping now. I have simplified custom AN fittings to one part # for Bulkheads and one part # for Super Chillers before machining. I picked up another order of Fittings from welder Friday. All Freon connections including connection to core are O-ring fittings now and working out great. Also restocked all the CNC parts! I have over 10K in Chiller parts in stock now!

The Competition wiring update is going out to all previous customers interested Free, so if I have not contacted you contact me to be included. This simple update with a relay and Diode will keep HEX. Closed even when AC cycles during Competition Mode and will make significant reduction of IAT in Comp mode. Once installed makes no visible change to driver.

We have 2 respected TX shops installing Super Chillers now! I can’t wait for there Dyno reviews.
Here is a quote from one of my early Camaro Super Chiller Customers with an Eforce.
“It was 93* today and my IAT was 61 thanks* ”

Check out our new ZL1 and V6 Super Chiller Mounting. Mounts farther back but still uses existing mounting holes.

Special thanks to Sage for bringing us his Whipple Super Charged SS! I think it came out Awesome, we moved the water pump to the other side of Heat Exchanger with a 6061 aluminum bracket, turned pump over and increased water flow. Sage said IATs were lower without the AC even on. This also gets rid of that water line that crosses over behind radiator. Water drops direct from reservoir to pump. I didn’t even have to bleed system at all when filled.

After this change the Whipple Super Chiller Kit is nearly the same as a Maggie Kit. I have one Whipple Kit going to Canada as soon as I get back from Camro5Fest but after that they are available. I will have the Whipple specific parts on display at Indy.

I can not even imagine that temp of the air charge if it was in the mid 70s to 60s out side. It would be like blowing ice into the intake. I have got to get one of these for a turbo application.

Yeah, this system helps my Maggie car breath a little easier in this brutal summer time weather we have here in central FL.
