Not certain but I guess they used the original map sensor. Are those not able to handle 15 to 16psi?

Do you have a Dragy? This way you could compare the 60mph to 130mph with others...
Here is one to compare (800rwhp)

I don't know this to be 100% true, but when I was looking one of the Janetty videos it shows STP power and from what I could find that is usually 2.5% higher than SAE.

At any rate I believe with your mods you should be more
Like 775whp or greater at SAE if not 800whp STD.

According to the online dyno calculator it said 768 sae and 797 std. Since I don't know exact time of day I had to avg temp, pressure, and humidity

That's correct as STD is based off 60f and 0% humidity, 2.6% typical

Just a note: Uncorrected will usually be lower then SAE unless you are dynoing in very cool temps with very low humidity. Then you will start seeing uncorrected higher then SAE as SAE is correcting to 77f degrees.

^ This was the video I was referring to granted its a vette should not make a difference unless it doesn't have a good 1 to 1 gear to use. but it made 728 rwhp on a otherwise stock car.

you have a lot more mods. 750 is low even it the sheet is SAE.
