What are the options for updating these radios? Only from the dealer?
Are we able to update them over the air, or with a usb flash drive?

Looked up the message and found this link in the Chevy Cruze forums. The dude's Cruze was stuck the same as the OP's. Dealer had to replace some parts (did not specify what). However, he said he could use the steering wheel controls to change radio channels.
