If we are to believe the last paragraph of the article, this is really, really good news because Oshawa won't lose any jobs are there are almost 600 hourly jobs created in the US. At least I hope Oshawa won't be losing any jobs!!

Sad to hear this for Oshawa, but glad to hear there will be more jobs in the US.

How to hug your camaro
Buy the car that you would most like to get beat in. The other guy will always be faster.

The article said that Oshawa will be getting the new Impala along with the newly added XTS, so things will balance out :(. If there are lay-offs, that's just another kick in the ass for Oshawa. I hope not!!!

Gm to shut down oshawa assembly line???

Watching CBC new chanel here in canada and they're saying GM is shutting down the oshawa assembly line? I never caught the whole thing, is this temporary or permanent? If permanent what happens to the Camaro and Regal?

Apparently, they're shutting down one of the plants, and thats not the plant that builds the Camaros. Check this out http://www.therecord.com/news/busine...se-oshawa-line
