Here is my 1965 Impala SS 396. I have owned this car since 1984, painted in 1985. I am currently on deployment overseas and I am going to start restoring it when I get back home, can't wait !!! (and my wife game me authorization to do it right)

Hay- What's the point of all this if we can't have a little fun...
My best friend just sold his original numbers matching '69 Impala SS, 427,
factory 4 speed convertible. That was the last year for the full sized Chevy SS.
The new 1st series Camaro killed the Impala SS.
As I remember the '66 Impala SS didn't have the body side mldgs.
I grew up with these '60 Chevys so it's easy to know the models.
I'm old school also. Nice '66 car.
