Need help deciding!

I am currently running stage3 cam and CNC ported head, LT headers, and CAI. Making 526whp and 464rwtq.

Run lower timing Procharger (600whp - 640wph ish)

VS.

Keep it Full bolt on all motor (Stage3 Cam and CNC ported head, LB headers, CAI, MSD ported IM, 103mm Katech TB)

Daily driver M6, and go!

I went with option 2. Heads, Cam, etc.

I have lost count how many times someone rolled down their window to tell how awesome/sick/crazy my car sounds.

Won't get that with a procharger......just sayin'

I have cam already. Thing is I don't know whether I should just finish with the NA build or throw a procharger.

Another bolt-on vote! I’m old school I guess, supercharged cars are cool, just not for me... at least not in an American muscle car!

I gotta tell you I toiled with this very decision for about 2 months. Did lots of research and reading on each. In the end I decided on a heads and cam setup. Not going with a wicked stick its gonna be fairly mild (not sure what "stage" he would deem it) and not gonna be any record setter. My car will be making the journey from Long Island to Pray Performance in NC within a month. Doing a Circle D converter, MSD intake (ported) and a set of his heads and a cam grind he has come up with. It wil be a great driver will sound nice and on E85 should haul the mail.

I have the head and cam already, was wondering should I just finish and save money and just do IM / TB.

Or go big and get procharger... thanks for the input

Okay so your car already has heads and cam. All you have left is $2000 worth of mods to be fbo so you say. And your asking whether you should go pro charger $7000+? Not to be mean but if you have the money then do it.

it's going to take a lot more then 7k if you go FI at this point anyway. 1) You will need a fuel system upgrade, 2) you would be wise to do forged pistons and rods at the power level you will creeping up on. So expect to be around 12-14k alone. You just had it apart for the cam, that would of been the time to forge the engine. So I still say NA at this point.

That makes no sense.... Nothing says Americana more than a BBC with an 8-71
